Cancellation Policy
Course (more than 2 days): You have a right to withdraw 14 days from when the agreement was entered. If the registration is withdrawn less than one week before the course starts, half the course fee will be charged. Once the course has started, you have agreed to waive your right of withdrawal. If you cancel the course once it has started, you will be required to pay the full course fee.
Workshops (up to two days): You have a right to withdraw 14 days from when the agreement was entered.If the registration is withdrawn less than one week before the course starts no refund will be made and you will be required to pay the full workshop fee.Ownership of your workshop ticket can be transferred to another person up to one day before the workshop. The transfer has to be done via email to info@uniteddancestudios.se stating the name and contacts of the new owner.
Cancellation due to illness: If you cannot participate to classes due to illness or medical emergency (medical certificate is needed) you can be refunded the unused part of the course.A copy of a medical certificate of the injury or illness must be submitted to info@mambovikings.com before receiving any refund.
Change of premises: United dance studios reserve the right to cancel a course or workshop should there be insufficient enrolments. In case of illness or unavailability of the teacher, a qualified substitute teacher might hold the workshop, or the workshop fee will be refunded.
