We use circular breathing in combination with breathing postures to create energy and relaxation at the same time.

Her training includes Hatha yoga (200h Yoga Alliance), Qi andings qigong, mindfulness, meditation and self-esteem coaching. With a foundation from respected institutions such as the Hale Center, the Bröderna Tranbergs Institut and the Livscoach Academy, Josefin offers a deeply integrated and conscious approach to body and breath-based exercises.
