First hour: Bachata
A technique-focused bachata class with Frida Stenlund, where we work with bachata sensual-basics, isolations, body movement, musicality and feminine stylings. Perfect for those who want to develop their personal style, build body control and feel more confident both on the social dance floor and on stage. Suitable for both new and more experienced dancers.

An energetic samba class with Klenia Santana focusing on basic technique, isolations, hip and footwork and stage expression in samba from Brazil!. Here you build strength, rhythm and charisma – from basics to show-inspired sequences. Suitable for both new and experienced dancers.
Always technique + fun choreography combined.During the semester, everything is put together into a beautiful choreography that you have the opportunity to perform at, among other places, United Dance studios Sensual Saturdays.

Frida & Klenia
Frida has been dancing since she was 14, trained at Broadway Dance Center in New York, and is a certified bachata teacher through Esencia Studios in Madrid. She teaches both in Malmö and internationally, and leads the ladies styling show team Northern Lights with a focus on technique, femininity, and joyful expression.
Klenia began dancing ballet at the age of two. She is a certified professional dancer through the Brazilian organization where dancers undergo professional certification exams in São Paulo.
She has worked as a dancer aboard a cruise ship in Asia and has traveled the world teaching and performing in several different dance styles, such as Broadway, jazz, street, salsa, samba and lambada.
During her career she has specialized in samba and is currently working as a professional samba teacher. Klenia combines technical quality, musicality and passion in her teaching and strives to inspire her students to develop both artistically and personally.
