Rosmarie is a certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and Inside Flow Gold Instructor with over 7 years of teaching experience. She also works as a dance and movement teacher for children and young people with autism and special needs. With additional training in Animal Flow, mobility drills, and Yin Yoga, her classes blend music, movement, and emotion into a powerful and heartfelt experience.
